Customer Review: Third is a journey with Portishead through some new uncharted territory. It leaves you feeling like you've learned something. Beth Gibbon's incomparable vocals are the meat of the entree, but there are so many flavors throughout the collage of this feast. If you like Portishead's previous albums... more info
Customer Review: I've been listening to these guys since their genesis. And I have to say this is their best release yet. That's saying a lot! High quality musicianship, artistic diversity, plus political consciousness equals Thievery Corporation.
Customer Review: Boy, the Asians are at it again. From the people who bring you Honda racing, Rice, and World of Warcraft... This is generic and pointless techno at its worst! Not only does it have silly beats and love songs, but they also have a guitarist who plays solos! And the solos are disgusting! For... more info
Customer Review: Seven Lives Many Faces by Enigma is an excellent CD/album. I have been a long time fan of Enigma even with all of the surrounding controversies, I still very much listen to their music. Seven Lives is one of Cretu's best since Enigma 2. The music is sophisticated, unique, sometimes a floaty escape.... more info
Customer Review: By far the best album Portishead has, i ripped the album at 320kbs and have listened to it so much its near 190kbs. The blend of classic trip hop style and modern sketching is amazing. For any fan of Massive Attack and Portishead and trip hop in general, if you do not have this album, you are... more info

At times the tracks sound discordant and chaotic but all of them falll into a beat eventually. Most people dont like "ttthhheee parrrtttyyy" but there is something about it... more info
Ana Hina
by Natacha Atlas & the Mazeeka Ensemble
Price: $19.98
Customer Review: Atlas' most intimate album yet, _Ana Hina_ is showing itself to be her simplest and most elegant album to date. Shedding herself of her Transglobal Underground and Jah Wobble roots, she focuses more on the raw emotion of the music she sings, relying more heavily on her vocals and acoustics than on... more info
Customer Review: I bought this DVD for my sister because she is a daft punk fan. Both being longtime fans of anime, we watched it together and were wowed. The animation is amazing, the color pops out from the screen. It's not hard to follow either; I was not familiar with the story at all but its really fun.more info
Customer Review: Another winner for those who like Hardcastle & the Jazzmasters. In typical fashion, there are some standouts and no bad cuts. Overall a very consistent effort of good, upbeat smooth jazz fusion. Great CD for driving or just chilling out.
