Customer Review: As other reviewers have mentioned, this book relies heavily on fake meats and cheeses. However, that can be quite useful for someone like me. I'm a vegan for ethical reasons and somehow find it difficult to focus on preparing healthy food (despite owning tons of vegan cookbooks). This book is... more info
Customer Review: I think this book is excellent and a must have for individuals that are looking to track what they eat. It's about the size of a Steno notebook and can easily fit in a medium purse or carried. Oh and it doesn't scream that I am dieting either, it looks like a normal book/notebook.
